How long do the cookies stay fresh?

Our cookies are baked fresh and stay delicious for up to 5-7 days when stored in an airtight container. 

For the ultimate Dough Daddy experience, we recommend warming them slightly before eating. 🤝🏼

How should I store my cookies?

Keep your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. Avoid placing them in the fridge as it will dry them out faster. 

You can also freeze them for up to 3 months.

How do I reheat my cookies?

Microwave for 10–20 seconds for that warm, gooey centre.

Or pop them in the oven at 130°C for a few minutes.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available for Adelaide customers at checkout.

We offer local pick up from Grange on Saturdays, or Mawson Lakes on Tuesdays. 

You’ll receive pickup details once your order is ready.

We are very flexible with pick up dates/times. If you are needing to collect on a specific day, or a time that is not listed on the order page, feel free to email us and we will work with you to organise a better suited pick up arrangement. 

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we ship Australia-wide! 

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. All shipping orders are baked fresh and sent out on Monday.

How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders express through Australia post. Estimated express shipping times:

  • South Australia: 1 business days
  • Interstate: 1-3 business days

Please allow extra time during busy holiday periods.

Are the cookies baked fresh?

Always. Every Dough Daddy cookie is baked fresh in small batches.

Do your cookies contain allergens?

Yes. All cookies contain or may contain:

  • Wheat
  • Gluten
  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Soy
  • Tree nuts
  • Peanuts

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Can I freeze the cookies?

Absolutely. Freeze them in an airtight container and simply reheat when you’re ready to eat.

Do you release limited-edition flavours?

Yes! We regularly release limited-edition flavours and special drops, so keep an eye on our socials so you don’t miss out.

My order arrived damaged - what do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll do our best to help.
