Terms of Service - Dough Daddy

By placing an order with Dough Daddy, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Ordering & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup times and dates are selected at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they collect their order at the selected time. Dough Daddy is not responsible for missed pickups.

If delivery is offered, estimated times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds & Cancellations

Dough Daddy’s Refund Policy applies to all orders.

Refunds for change of mind may be requested up to 24 hours before the selected pickup date. Refunds are not accepted on the day of pickup under any circumstances.

Orders not collected on the selected day will not be refunded.

Product Information & Allergens

All products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including (but not limited to) dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and gluten.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions and allergen information before purchasing. Dough Daddy cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Changes to Orders

Any changes to orders must be requested at least 24 hours before your pickup date. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has begun.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in AUD. Dough Daddy reserves the right to update prices and product availability at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Dough Daddy is not liable for any allergic reactions, personal inconvenience, or loss arising from consumption of our products beyond the value of the order placed.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, product names, and images used by Dough Daddy remain the property of Dough Daddy and must not be used without permission.

Right to Refuse Service

Dough Daddy reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason deemed appropriate.

Updates to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this page regularly.
