At Dough Daddy, all of our cookies are made fresh to order. Please review the following refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request a refund up to 24 hours before your selected pickup date. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Same-Day Pickup Orders

Refunds are not available on the day of your selected pickup. Once your pickup day arrives, your order is considered final and no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with your order details and a photo if applicable, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
