Shipping policy

At Dough Daddy, we take care in packing your cookies so they arrive as fresh as possible. Please read the following shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

All Dough Daddy cookies are made fresh every Monday and shipped via express post.

Orders placed between Monday and Friday before the weekly cut-off time will be baked the following Monday and shipped the same day.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped express ia Australia Post. Shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, Dough Daddy is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or courier.

Delivery Location

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Dough Daddy is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Perishable Items

Our cookies are perishable goods. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that Dough Daddy is not responsible for spoilage, melting, or damage caused by shipping delays, extreme weather, or incorrect delivery details.

Failed Delivery / No Safe Place

If a package cannot be delivered and no safe place is available, the courier may return the parcel or hold it for collection. Dough Daddy is not responsible for missed deliveries.

Orders Marked as Delivered

Orders marked as delivered by the courier are considered fulfilled. Dough Daddy is not responsible for stolen or lost packages after delivery confirmation.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and goods so we can assess the issue.
